An 11 month RCMP investigation has led to charges for four people in connection to the death of 20 year old Damian Moosomin of North Battleford.
On May 16th of last year, Battleford RCMP were told the body of a man had been found in the back yard of a property in the 1500 block of 105th Street in North Battleford.
It was determined to be Damian Moosomin, who had been reported missing on May 11th.
Sgt. Donna Zawislak, with the RCMP Major Crime/Historical Case Unit South says have worked diligently on this case since last May, continuing to push forward.
Twenty-three year old Tye Partridge of Moosomin First Nation is charged with first degree murder and 32 year old Jannay Blackbird is charged with second degree murder.
Two people, 23 year old Stormy Wapass-Semaganis from Edmonton and 41 year old Melissa Semaganis from Sweetgrass First Nation, are charged with one count of accessory after the fact to murder.
