The annual Paper Egg Campaign is on now until the end of the month with the goal to raise funds for SaskAbilities and Camp Easter Seal.

Fundraising Specialist, Trevor Howell says people can help out by visiting one of the 63 business partners and purchasing a paper egg for a minimum donation of one dollar. The funds raised from the initiative will support Easter Seals programs including Camp Easter Seal, Summer Fun and adaptive technology services. Howell says online donations can also be made on the SaskAbilities website or by scanning a QR code on promotional materials at one of the participating businesses.

Howell says in 2019 Camp Easter Seal saw just over 650 people attend the camp, then in 2020 they had to move to a virtual camp. This year, Howell says a more robust virtual program has been created, donations will also hope to see the return of a physical camp in 2022.

Howell adds Camp Easter Seal is open to all Saskatchewan residents experiencing disability.
