A 36 year old woman is facing 12 charges after a man was stabbed in an apartment in the 100 block of Avenue O South. The call, which described a man and woman entering a home and attacking the man inside, came in around 8:30 Tuesday night.
A 35 year old man was taken to hospital, a female suspect was located in a nearby home and police say she fled on foot but was arrested after a brief chase. Officers believe she was under the influence of an intoxicant and allege she had knives, ammunition, hydromorphone, Xanax and Dilaudid pills and a credit card belonging to another person.
Police are still searching for a male suspect who is described as 5’11” tall, clean shaven, short hair, tattoos on his forearm and neck and wearing a red and grey hat. A 36 year old woman is facing charges including Assault Causing Bodily Harm, Break and Enter, Carry a Concealed Weapon and Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm.
