College Drive eastbound median and centre lanes will be closed between the University Bridge and Clarence Avenue at 9:00 Tuesday morning for storm gate work. Eastbound motorists will be unable to exit onto Clarence Avenue. Detours will be in place. The project is expected to take four hours to complete, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.
