The Town of Dalmeny has joined the list of RMs and communities which have complete fire bans. The Chief of Dalmeny Fire and Rescue says with very limited precipitation and extremely low humidity, the fire danger map is indicating high to extreme fire danger for several days. All outdoor open fires are not allowed. Barbeques and gas fire tables are exempt from the ban.

Dalmeny Fire and Rescue says along with Warman Fire they provided support to Langham Fire Tuesday afternoon fighting a grass and bush fire north of Langham. They spent 6 hours on scene before leaving Langham firefighters to patrol for any remaining hot spots.
