Regina Police have issued five more tickets for breaches of the Province’s Public Health orders in connection with an Anti-Mask rally on April 24th. That brings to 16 the total number of Public Health Order tickets served, associated with that event. The department says there are more tickets issued that have yet to be served.
Regina Police are also hoping to identify individuals contravening the Public Health Order to wear masks in public indoor spaces, such as malls and markets. On that same date, a large number of people entered the Cornwall Centre Shopping Mall without masks. Police have posted videos of these people on their website.
