Prince Albert Police have charged an 18-year-old man with Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Failure to Stop for Police, and Possession of Stolen Property Over $5,000 in relation to an incident Saturday morning.

Just after 10:30, officers saw a vehicle travelling south into the city at a high rate of speed. The driver continued onto the Diefenbaker Bridge, where the vehicle collided with another car and then lost control.

The vehicle came to a stop on the grass just over the bridge, in the 1400 Block of Second Avenue West.

The driver was taken into custody at the scene. There were no injuries.
