19 year old Leon Chamakese of Pelican Lake First Nation in Saskatchewan is facing charges in Alberta. St. Paul, Alberta RCMP were investigating an accident involving a quad and a truck on September 5th. It happened on the Whitefish Lake First Nation. Chamakese was one of the drivers. RCMP allege they found cocaine, and oxycodone as well as bear spray during the investigation. Chamakese is facing drug and weapon charges. He is in court in October.
