La Loche RCMP continue to search for a man wanted for break and enter, and assault with a weapon charges.
On Tuesday, a warrant for the arrest of 22 year-old Dawson Joseph Janvier, was issued.
He has been charged with the following offences:
- Break and Enter,
- Assault with a Weapon (X2),
- Mischief – Damage to Property,
- Breach of Conditions (multiple counts)
Police say attempts to locate Dawson Janvier have been unsuccessful and he remains at large. He is believed to be in the area of Clearwater River Dene Nation or the Village of La Loche and police report he is actively evading arrest.
The La Loche RCMP are requesting assistance from the public in this matter in order to bring Dawson Janvier into custody to appear in front of a judge.
Dawson Janvier is described as follows:
- 5’10 tall, 190 lbs
- 22 year old male
- Short black hair
- Pierced ears
- Noticeable scar on left eyebrow
