The intersection at 3rd Avenue and 19th Street will be closed , at 7:00 a.m. Wednesday for traffic pole replacement work. The northbound right turn bay onto 3rd Avenue; and the westbound right turn bay onto 19th Street will remain open during this project. Detours will be in place. The project is expected to take eight hours to complete, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.
