In looking back on how the pandemic impacted learning, the Greater Saskatoon Catholic School board found one glaring challenge: Inequitable access to technological hardware and internet access. Into this context, says a report to the Board, stepped MLT Aikins Saskatoon. The firm’s Saskatoon partners identified a need among student with challenges accessing technology. The office set out to raise $40 thousand for the purchase of 131 computers to be loaned to students in greatest need. According to the company, they donated $80 thousand to meet the need.
