Mayor Charlie Clark has accepted a vaccine challenge from the Mayor of Regina

The City says on Wednesday Mayor Sandra Masters issued a challenge to Mayor Clark to see which city can get the most first doses of the COVID vaccine from now until June 30th. The city with the most first doses in this time period will pick a song for the other city’s mayor to do as a lip-sync.

Mayor Clark accepted the challenge saying he knows Saskatoon can beat Regina to the finish line of First Dose vaccinations.  Clark added he is sure Mayor Masters will do a fine lip-sync when Saskatoon comes out on top.

Mayor Clark is asking Saskatoon residents to share a photo of their first dose vaccine card to him on social media and submit a song idea for Mayor Masters’ lip-sync.

He gives the following points for how Saskatoon will win this:

2. Help your friends and family to get their first doses. See who needs help booking an appointment, or needs a ride, or just wants someone to go with them.
