The City’s online registration system, Leisure Online, will be unavailable due to a scheduled system upgrade starting Tuesday, from 6:00 p.m. until approximately 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday.

During this time patrons will be unable to register in a Leisure program or book a drop-in visit at a Leisure Centre or outdoor pool.

Daily admissions will be processed manually.  LeisureCards can be used to gain admission, however, new purchases and renewals will be temporarily unavailable along with the purchase and use of gift cards.

During this time patrons are not able to reserve a campsite at Gordon Howe Campground.  All check ins will be processed manually.

Tee time bookings will not be available during this time at the City’s golf courses.  Check ins will be processed manually.  Club 6 Packs and season passes can not be purchased or renewed during this time. Gift cards can not be purchased or used during this time.

This scheduled outage is taking place to resolve issues affecting the online tee time reservations at the golf courses.
