A 36 year old man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant was arrested by Saskatoon Police early Saturday morning around 12:30. Multiple units including Patrol, K9, Air Support, Guns & Gangs and Tactical Support were involved, along with members of the Saskatchewan RCMP.

Police say officers tried to conduct a traffic stop but the vehicle continued to be driven dangerously, until it got stuck crossing a ditch. It’s alleged a loaded sawed-off shotgun was seized. The Saskatoon man is facing multiple weapons and dangerous driving charges, and a warrant for being unlawfully at large was also executed.
