Saturday night brought the opening races of the season at Wyant Group
Raceway, with five divisions taking to the track and laying their first
marks towards a championship title for 2021. The fans on hand, size
restricted by Covid rules, saw some great racing action as drivers were
anxious to turn their wheels after an extended off season.

Interrupted by rain for about an hour and twenty minutes after the mini
stock feature, teams and fans showed they were not about to let a little
weather spoil their opportunity to get outside.

The memorial races continue next weekend as the Golf’s Car Wash Mini
Stocks come back for round two, but it’s the first time on the track for
the Headrush Tattoos and Apparel Pro Trucks, the Golf’s Car Wash Street
Stocks and of course the Always Towing Race-Your-Junk

Racing is Saturday, July 3, 2021, with the front gates open at 4:00pm
and the first green flag at 6:05pm

Re-open Saskatchewan Plan restrictions continue, placing limits on
ticket availability to 150. These go on sale at the gate at 4:00 on
Saturday. No advance sales.
