A 28 year-old Regina male is facing charges of accessing and possessing child pornography.
On Sunday, just after 3:00 a.m., patrol members were sent for a report of images found on a phone that appeared to be pornographic images of children.  Police located the complainant and began an investigation that led them to a residence on Gore Place, in the city’s north-west.  There, police found the alleged owner of the phone and gathered information and potential evidence. After investigation, Marty B.D. Dick was taken into custody.  The investigation is ongoing.

Dick appears in Provincial Court on August 17.
