The Regina Police Service report that a 40 year old man is facing 11 charges in connection to an investigation of a sexual assault where drugs were administered to a victim.

Early Friday morning, officers were dispatched to the Regina General Hospital where a woman alleged she had been sexually assaulted by a man who had a gun, and he had given her a substance which temporarily rendered her unable to move.

Harvey Fedyk’s charges include sexual assault, overcoming resistance by administering or attempting to administer a drug and weapons trafficking.
