A report of a suspicious vehicle Monday evening led Canora RCMP to the discovery of two bodies.

Shortly after 8:00 p.m. RCMP were told a suspicious vehicle was parked along Tiny grid road near the Burgis Beach turn off.

At this time, the deaths are considered suspicious and the Major Crime Unit North has taken the lead on the investigation.

The investigators are working with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service to confirm the identities of both individuals. Autopsies will be conducted today (wed).

If anyone has information about any suspicious activity in the area of the Burgis Beach turnoff, along Tiny grid road, in the afternoon and/or early evening of Monday, you are asked to report it to Canora RCMP or anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
