The Saskatoon Police Service is looking for tips to help a suspect from an investigation into an assault and unlawful confinement last summer. On August 21st, police were told a 26 year old man had been assaulted and confined at a house in the 400 block of Avenue G South. He was seriously injured but has since recovered. Police say the incident is not believed to be random.
Three people, a 20 year old man and two women, 19 and 31, were charged with aggravated assault and unlawful confinement. A 32 year old woman is facing the same charges, but has yet to be found. Heather Rene Peequaquat is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for being unlawfully at large. She is 5-foot-4, 150 pounds, medium build and has brown eyes. She also has a tattoo on her neck that says Lloyd and a flower on her right forearm.
Anyone with information is asked to call the police or Crime Stoppers.
