A 31 year-old man from Regina is facing charges in connection to an early morning crash that happened Saturday between a semi and a pick-up truck on Ring Road between Albert Street and Wascana Parkway.

Both drivers were sent to hospital including the 38 year-old man from Calgary who was operating the semi.

Regina Police say their investigation indicates the driver of the pick-up, 31 year-old Kraig Skoye was driving in the wrong direction on Ring Road when the collision occurred.

Skyoe has been charged with impaired operation of motor vehicle causing bodily harm. He will appear in court on October 8th.
