Environment Canada’s latest air quality advisory says forest fires burning in northern Saskatchewan, eastern Manitoba, and BC have spread varying amounts of smoke over the prairie provinces. For Saskatchewan, the worst visibilities are over eastern and northern regions.

A trough of low pressure moving across Saskatchewan on Thursday and Thursday night could cause local smoke concentrations once again. Behind the trough on Friday the smoke, at least near the ground, should get flushed out by westerly winds.
