Lieutenant Governor Russ Mirasty is visiting six schools in the north this week to present Awards of Excellence. The Northern Student Achievement Awards were established in 1989, recognizing one student at each grade level from grades 7 to 12. The first presentation was at Rossignol High School in Ile-a-la-Crosse this morning (mon).
