The National Lacrosse League is taking part in a player showcase in advance of their yet-to-be announced 2021 Draft date.
In partnership with the Tewaaraton Lacrosse League, the N-L-L’s 15 teams, including the Saskatchewan Rush, will have representatives at a player prospect showcase event on August 21-22 in St. Catharines, Ontario. There will be 80 prospects on hand, taking part in live game action using N-L-L rules. It’ll be the first look at potential pro players in 17 months because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Showcase will be attended by NLL coaches, GM’s, scouts prior to 2021 Entry Draft
PHILADELPHIA & ONTARIO, July 27, 2021 – The Tewaaraton Lacrosse League (TLL) working in partnership with the National Lacrosse League (NLL) is very pleased to announce they will be hosting a player prospect showcase event on August 21 & 22 at the Meridian Centre in St. Catharines, Ontario. The showcase will feature players from across North America looking to increase their draft position and prospective careers in the NLL. NLL general managers, coaches, and scouts will have the opportunity to watch some of the top lacrosse prospects play for the first time in 17 months ahead of the Entry Draft. Details around the NLL’s 2021 Entry Draft date will be announced in the coming weeks.

About the Tewaaraton Lacrosse League
The TLL is a newly formed box lacrosse league based out of Ontario, Canada and plans to establish itself as the premiere major junior Box lacrosse league in North America for players aged 18-22 The TLL consists of four teams in Burlington, Oshawa, Six Nations, and Tri Cities (Kitchener-Waterloo Region).
