Battlefords R-C-M-P responded to 530 calls for service for the week of July 28 through August 3, an average of more than 75 calls per day.

Among them were 12 theft of vehicle investigations, or an average of almost two per day. There were five missing persons with one investigation still active as 13-year-old Skyler Tinker is believed to be in or around Saskatoon, but has evaded efforts to locate him. There were also 26 assault investigations, 11 break and enters, 23 Mental Health Act investigations, six charges for unregistered vehicles, 54 various driving offence charges, six impaired driving investigations and 12 traffic collisions reported.
