A 30-year-old man from Estevan accused of possessing, accessing and making child pornography available has received a 15 month jail term.
Brian Christopher Leibel was arrested last February after RCMP got two complaints about child pornography being shared on social media.
The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit which includes investigators from Prince Albert and Saskatoon found child pornography during the search of an Estevan residence and took a cell phone and computers for analysis.
Leibel will be on probation for three years following release from custody and will be on the sex offender registry for life.
He is also prohibited from being in areas where anyone under 16 could be like school grounds, parks and public pools for six years.
Leibel also has to turn over a DNA sample.
