The Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations Executive, Senate, Veterans, the Women’s Commission, management and staff express sincere condolences to the family and friends of the late Senator, Lawrence Chanalquay. He passed away on Thursday. The FSIN Executive says in a news release, “Our prayers are with Senator Chanalquay’s family and also with the community of Buffalo River Dene Nation as they mourn the loss of this great man.” He was a Senator for 14 years.
