The Crown Corporation recommends that if you see an impaired driver that you pull over and call 9-1-1 to make a report. During the Traffic Safety Spotlight for August police also nabbed nearly 8,000 aggressive or speeding drivers. There were 949 distracted drivers; 880 for cellphones.
