An investigation is ongoing with North Battleford R-C-M-P requesting anyone with information that can be of help with regards to an early Saturday morning report of a firearm being discharged at a vehicle with people inside in the city.

Officers were called at around 4 a.m. on August 21 to a residence in the 1000 block of 110th Street in North Battleford. Three occupants of the vehicle shot at reported minor injuries from broken glass after a vehicle window was shattered. An unidentified male was allegedly seen leaving the area on foot, wearing a red sweater and dark pants. One male from an area residence was arrested and remanded on unrelated warrants. Seven occupants of a residence were briefly detained and later released without charges related to the incident.Anyone with information is asked to contact North Battleford R-C-M-P.
