Just after 4 this morning (sun), the Saskatoon Fire Department responded to a house fire in the 2100 block of St. George Avenue. Police were already on scene by time fire crews arrived. According a news release from the fire department, the fire burnt through the structure’s roof and some of the interior collapsed as a result. Utility companies were called in to shut down the utilities. The scene has been turned over to a fire investigator. No damage estimate or cause have been given at this time.
