The Court of Queen’s Bench has issued a new directive indicating that normal court operations will resume, subject only to restrictions and modifications contained within the directive. This is a result of all public health restrictions, including physical distancing and masking, having been lifted by the Public Health Officer. For the most part, the Court will revert to the practices and procedures that were in place before COVID-19 struck.
