The public is being asked to help out the Regina Police Service find a 44-year-old woman who was last seen July 19. Carla Sinclair (pictured) was last seen on that date in Regina on McKinley Avenue and Wascana Street. Sinclair is described as being 5’6″ tall with a thin build, fair complexion, long brown hair with orange sections. She has noticeable markings on her body, including a tattoo of a name on her right chest and a tattoo of rose and vines on her right calf. Regina Police are anxious to locate Carla Sinclair and confirm her safety, although there is no evidence to suggest she has been harmed. Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Carla Sinclair is asked to contact the Regina Police Service, your local law enforcement agency or Crime Stoppers.
