A chance to win a variety of prizes and scholarships is being dangled by the Metis Nation-Saskatchewan in an attempt to encourage Metis citizens to become fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The “This is Your Shot” program is part of the MN-S efforts to support Metis citizens, families and communities with dealing with the ongoing reality of the novel coronavirus pandemic. The contest is open to fully vaccinated Saskatchewan Metis citizens and citizens with applications in process. There is an early bird deadline of 5 p.m. this Saturday and the grand prize final deadline is November 24th. Entries can be filed online at www.mnsvaccinedraw.com. Among the prizes are a truck, a pontoon boat, a snowmobile, laptop computers, cell phones, a variety of gift cards and 80 educational scholarships of $25,000 for citizens aged 12 to 30.
