A Regina man is facing charges in connection to an Alberta RCMP investigation. Grande Prairie RCMP conducted a traffic stop early Sunday morning for what police call a “non moving violation”. Officers say the driver didn’t have a valid drivers licence and he was in breach of a conditional sentence order.
The 31 year old man was arrested and during a search, the RCMP report a small amount of what was believed to meth was seized, along with a homemade baton, two knives, a shotgun and ammunition. Garett Nameth is facing six firearm-related charges.
