Kindersley RCMP allege shots were fired into the air after an argument between two people at a rural property in Marengo. While no one was hurt, the property is across the street from a school.

The school went into hold and secure mode until officers located a suspect.

David Blum, age 65 years, of Marengo is charged with uttering threats, careless use of a firearm, unsafe storage of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm that is prohibited or restricted and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

His court appearance is set for November 16th in Kindersley.
