The Saskatoon Blades welcomed Trevor Wong onto the practice ice Wednesday morning at SaskTel Centre.

The 18-year-old centre and Vancouver product was acquired by the Bridge City Bunch yesterday for malcontent forward Colton Dach. The move leaves 20-year-old centre Tristen Robins as the only player still away at N-H-L camp among the 27 players listed on the Blades’ roster. Saskatoon visits Moose Jaw Friday to open the 2021-22 W-H-L season. Game time is 7 p.m. with the broadcast on CJWW at 6-30.
