Wednesday was day two of Saskatchewan Roughriders’ preparation before three straight meetings with the Stampeders, beginning with Saturday’s visit to Calgary.
The Green and White haven’t played three straight games against the same opponent since 1950 when the final three games were against Winnipeg on October 14, 16 and 21.
On the practice field Wednesday, cornerback Nick Marshall was back after missing yesterday with some general soreness. Meanwhile, import defensive back Damon Webb was getting some more reps with the starters. The Riders are second in the C-F-L West at 5-2 while the Stamps are tied with Edmonton for fourth, both with 2-5 records.
