One of four men wanted in relation to a suspected human trafficking group operating across Western Canada has been arrested. Thirty year old Kenny Jouthe turned himself in on Thursday without incident. His next court appearance is November 16th in Saskatoon.
RCMP are still looking for three others. Billy Glenold-Fleury and Bechir Ben Salah are 32 and Mali Jean is 33. They have ties to Saskatchewan, Quebec, Alberta and British Columbia. The charges include trafficking in persons, material benefit from trafficking in persons, and withholding or destroying identify documents.
Inspector Andrew Farquhar, officer in Charge of RCMP Federal Serious and Organized Crime said earlier this year, “Investigators also believe there may be other victims who have not been identified during the course of the investigation, who are urged to come forward if they require any assistance.
