Physicians taking part in a recent Saskatchewan Health Authority Town Hall about COVID-19 have learned that ethical choices about who receives the appropriate level of critical care and who receives substandard care are already occurring.

A power point presentation says patient to staff ratios are already eroding, affecting the quality of care.

Saskatchewan has the highest current case and death rates of all provinces, and the highest ICU numbers per capita of any province from any point in the pandemic.
