A man has been charged in connection to the Regina Police investigation into the death of 43 year old Mitchell Anthony of Regina. Emergency crews were dispatched to a home around 9:30 Wednesday night and were unable to revive him. Police say he was confirmed dead by EMS on the scene.

A twenty year old was arrested Thursday morning. Regan Macdonald is charged with manslaughter and failing to comply.
