The City of Prince Albert reminds residents participating in Halloween is completely voluntary.
Halloween falls on a Sunday and the city suspects there will be more kids out and about to collect treats.
Similar to last year, the City of Prince Albert has created two posters that residents can download from the city website and print off to indicate they will participate in trick or treating.
City officials say the posters were popular last year and Jim Toye, City Manager says, “People’s decision to participate should be respected. The Halloween posters are a simple way to let people know if you are participating in Halloween this year”.
