The Official Opposition says the Premier and the Sask Party government have failed to keep their election promises.
NDP Leader Ryan Meili suggests that since being reelected as Premier last year, Scott Moe has failed Saskatchewan residents through the mismanagement of the health care system, the back to school plan and lack of consultation with small businesses on the roll out of the vaccine passport.
Meili says there are thousands out of work, and a homeless tent city in Regina. He adds that there was a promise to balance the budget, which was broken six months later.
He believes that throughout the past year Premier Scott Moe has chosen politics over people based on his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Speech from the Throne will be delivered at 2 pm this afternoon. (ckrm)
