The Toppers will host a P-F-C semi-final game on Sunday, November 7th at Saskatoon Minor Football Field.

The Home Hardware Canadian Curling Pre-Trials continues today and runs through Sunday in Liverpool, Nova Scotia. Fourteen women’s foursomes and 14 men’s quartets are taking part in the round-robin plus playoffs format with two teams from each gender division advancing to the Tim Horton’s Canadian Olympic Curling Trials, being held November 20th through 29th at SaskTel Centre in Saskatoon. Draws today go at 5 and 9 a.m., 1 and 5 p.m. Among the 14 women’s teams are Saskatchewan squads skipped by Sherry Anderson of Martensville and Penny Barker of Moose Jaw. Among the 14 men’s teams taking part is Colton Flasch’s Saskatoon squad.
