TCU Place is welcoming the former Executive and Artistic Director of the Broadway Theatre as its new Director of Community Engagement. A news release from TCU Place says the board and leadership have created a strategic plan to elevate the role the facility plays in the community. CEO Tammy Sweeney says, Kirby Wirchenko’s leadership in the industry will help TCU Place to bring a variety of new events and opportunities to life. His new position begins in January.

TCU Place is owned by the City of Saskatoon and is operated by the Centennial Auditorium and Convention Centre Corporation, a not-for-profit organization which has a volunteer Board of Directors appointed by the City.
