It’s back to the “real” Central Saskatchewan Rivalry between the Saskatoon Blades and the Prince Albert Raiders this weekend.
The Bridge City Bunch took three of four meetings from P-A during the Regina “Dubble” back in March and April. But, that wasn’t the same as games in either the Art Hauser Centre and SaskTel Centre, with fans and loads of atmosphere, as will be the case this weekend. In addition, it’ll be a big “leap” between visits to Prince Albert for the Blue and Gold. The Blades last tangled with the Raiders in P-A on “Leap Day”, February 29, 2020…615 days before Friday night’s return trip. The Blades are 9-2-1 while the Raiders are 3-7-1 going into the home-and-home weekend. Game time Friday and Saturday at SaskTel Centre is 7 o’clock with both broadcasts beginning at 6:30 on CJWW.
