A second woman has been arrested and charged with second degree murder in connection to Saskatoon’s seventh homicide of 2021.
Saskatoon Police arrested a 20-year-old woman Thursday without incident. She will make her first court appearance Friday morning.
Earlier Thursday, a 32-year-old woman was arrested and charged with second degree murder.
Just after 2 a.m. Tuesday morning, officers responded to a home in the 500 block of Avenue X South and found a 52 year old man dead.
His identity is not being released at the request of the family.
Police say the man and the 32-year-old woman are known to each other. She was to appear in court Thursday.
Police say they do not anticipate any further arrests with this incident.
