Charges have been laid against a 27 year old man involved in a fatal collision in Regina this summer.

It happened during the late evening hours of August 2nd at the intersection of Dewdney Avenue and Elphinstone Street.

One of the vehicles had been stolen and the driver fled on foot after the crash.

Two people in the second vehicle were transported to hospital with a 48 year old man later dying from injuries related to the collision.

Jeremy Ryan Lee Favel was arrested earlier this month and faces several charges including failing to stop after an accident that results in death, as well as theft of a motor vehicle.
