A major SaskPower project delayed this summer, starts back up today in Saskatoon.
A crew will begin installing foundations for the new transmission line structures in the Sutherland area for the Preston Crossing Power Line Project.
The delay was with a subcontractor but SaskPower has secured a new subcontractor for the foundation work.
Work zones will vary and the latest impact on traffic will be posted on the City of Saskatoon website.
Once complete, the $18-million line will connect the new Sutherland Substation located near Preston Crossing and the W.J Bunn Substation, located on Attridge Drive near the entrance to the Forestry Farm.
