There was a two vehicle accident on Circle Drive and Highway 11 South at 7:28 p.m. in Saskatoon Sunday.

The Saskatoon Fire Department was called out after one vehicle driving westbound in the eastbound lanes from Zimmerman Road and Highway 16 East collided with another vehicle on the Circle Drive overpass.

Fire officials say it was a collision between an SUV and a car.

One person was taken to hospital via ambulance with what are believed to be minor injuries. Two others were treated by fire crews and released from the scene with no injuries.
