The Moose Jaw Police Service arrested a 46 year old woman from the city for causing a disturbance and mischief.

The incident which occurred took place in the downtown on Main Street and police say while they respect the right of protest guaranteed by the Charter of Rights and Freedoms it does not allow protesters to infringe upon the rights and freedoms of other citizens.

It is common to see protesters who are opposed to vaccination as well as the public health protocols, in the area where the woman was arrested.  She was released with conditions and goes before a judge in February.
