Various raw beef and raw veal products are being recalled by industry due to possible E. coli contamination. The products were prepared by Centennial foods and sold to hotels, restaurants and institutions in Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario. This recall was triggered by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency’s inspection activities. There have been no reported illnesses from these recalled products.
